Analysis
To follow decisions made at a strategic level, companies are sometimes forced to resort to layoffs, which affect a category of employees or even the entire organization. This way, tens, hundreds or even thousands of people are forced to search for a new job.
The analysis and project planning are essential and the BPI Romania team can provide support to the organization throughout the implementation period, so that the project management is efficient and reaches the best results.

Preparation
Each project has its own peculiarities, this is why we tailor our intervention to the needs of the company and its employees. Depending on the context of the restructuring process, we carry out on and off-site individual and collective activities, to ensure the maximum responsiveness for the situations that may arise. The main objective is to reactivate employees, to make them aware they can implement the process of searching for a job and they have the resources to succeed.
We organize both individual and group counselling and guidance sessions, in order to enhance the employability of former employees of the company. Our workshops are interactive, make use of the latest technologies used in recruitment and always take into account the specificities of the local labour market. Retraining is frequently an option in collective projects, that’s why we always include this topic in our projects.

Action
The active search for every person included in the project, the organization of events aimed at facilitating dialogue between potential employers and candidates are practical tools that bring visible results in the labour market repositioning process.
We actively prospect and mediate in order to find new jobs on the local market, according to the skills profile of the persons included in the outplacement programme, which ensures the success of collective projects.

Result
The candidates’ visibility, their flexibility and their power to adapt to the new context are extremely important. In disadvantaged regions of Romania, the support for training, retraining and eventual relocation to other labour markets can significantly contribute to the chances of success of the accompanied persons.
Our satisfaction is major when hundreds of people find work in a short period time, through an outplacement project. Their success provides new perspectives for their families and even for an entire community!
The success of the project also enhances the credibility of the employer brand, perceived as being socially responsible, even by the community it actually leaves.
