Who we are

The Data Operator is S.C. BPI MANAGEMENT CONSULTING ROMANIA S.R.L., hereinafter called BPI Romania, Romanian legal person, based in Bucharest, Str. Mihai Eminescu, nr. 44-48, ap. 4, sector 1, postal code 010516, Romania, as well as all its websites, www.bpi-romania.com and www.outplacement.ro.

BPI Romania is a personal data operator enrolled in the National Personal Data Processing Register under No. 8912/ 22 January 2014 and acts in the spirit of Law No. 677/2001 on the Protection of Individuals with Regard to the Processing of Personal Data and the Free Movement of Such Data, including on the basis of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

The aforementioned legal framework defines “personal data” as any information that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person (“Data Subject”). “Processing” means any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.

Browsing our websites

When one visits our websites, we use cookies to automatically collect technical information that can identify the user, such as: IP address, type of browser, operating system, domain name or domain host used when browsing our websites.

A cookie is stored for a duration of up to one year and is associated to your IP address. Cookie files are small text files which your browser stores on your device.
